I love a good makeover especially when it includes the before and after photos. Today’s Curbly newsblog included some great articles, but the dresser before and afters made me want to run to the nearest Goodwill and ‘junk around’.

I love this idea – I’ve actually used it in 3 rooms in the past for clients (okay, full disclosure, one of them was my daughter) – but hey, it’s a wall hanging you already own and love, why not use it? Thanks to the folks over at Remodelista Daily for reminding me of how fun this is!
I get emails from these guys at Murals Your Way and love to look (drool) over some of them. They seem to frequently have specials – so who wants to do a wall? You can play on the site, too. There are lots of personalized options: change out the mural colors to black and white, change the size and orientation. You can even see the mural in different room scenarios. Great site, fun to play with!
