I’m a sucker for lighting ideas that are affordable! ie: make it yourself!
Old school idea using a balloon, some grocery store string, and lot's of Elmer's. Insert one of Ikea's lightbulb on a string and you have a unique lighting situation for under $20!Another Ikea cord w/bulb attached idea. This is using one of their very plain shades, an old chain necklace of mine and some faux chandelier Christimas ornaments I had. Cheap and chic!
