Pricing
Each decorating and design project is unique. I make every effort to work within the confines of your budget and exceed your expectation. Don’t be shy about it – I’ve had folks say “what can you do for $150 in my living room”? You’d be surprised! The most important part is the communication about pricing up front so there are no misunderstandings.
CONSULTING: Sometimes all you need is an experienced someone (ie: me) to either brainstorm with or make suggestions for you. Inspiration guaranteed! I offer this service on an hourly basis. One hour minimum. $65 per hour.
DECORATING OR REDECORATING: For homes, offices, retail space and restaurants. The sky is the limit on how you want your space to look. Do you want to ‘use what you have’? Start over? Enhance? Subtract? What are you dreaming of? Or heck – what are you waiting for? $65 per hour. Initial consultation fee will be deducted if we decide to go forward with your project.
STAGING: Selling your home? You want it to appeal to every potential buyer. Some homes need a lot of work, some just a little editing. I will work closely with your realtor to help you get this on the market and sold as quickly as possible.
EVENT DESIGN: Weddings, holidays, parties. Tabletops to rooftops! Your event should be a reflection of you. I would love to help you achieve that goal.
I know that when you hire me that you are the boss. I listen to what you want. I WILL NOT do something in your home or business that is based only on what is trendy or ‘now’. As a professional you can trust me to know what will work best for your needs. I will be honest about what I think will work and what won’t, but I won’t dictate design. For me, our working relationship and your pride and delight in the finished space/project is of the utmost importance.
